Touch tanks invite hands-on encounters, and scheduled feeding sessions offer glimpses of animal behaviour you won't see at other times. A mermaid show adds theatrical flair to the aquatic immersion.

The aquarium includes a café, gift shop, and behind-the-scenes tours that reveal how the 21 marine exhibits are maintained. Wheelchair-accessible entrances, lifts, and seating ensure every visitor can explore comfortably. Credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments are all accepted.

Advance booking is recommended, especially during school holidays and weekends. The venue opens daily at 11 AM and closes at 8 PM, making it an ideal afternoon or early-evening visit after a morning at the neighbouring Aquaventure waterpark or a lazy day on the resort's private beach.
